By booking an appointment, you have acknowledged and agreed to these terms

Booking Fee

For all appointment reservations, a $45.20 ($40 plus tax) non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be applied to your final balance/future service. Please be aware that failure to submit the deposit will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment.

  • Please send your deposit via e-transfer to: tsbeautytoronto@gmail.com and include your name, the date and time of your appointment in the message section.

Payment

  • Please pay the remaining balance in cash (tax-free) at the end of your appointment. If you choose to pay by e-transfer, taxes will be applied. There are no refunds upon completion of a procedure.

  • Failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and will require a new deposit to book a new appointment. Note: Appointments will be canceled without a notice if a deposit is not made to confirm the appointment.

Minimum Age Policy

  • To comply with legal requirements and ensure the best experience for our customers, we require all individuals booking appointments to be at least 18 years of age. By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Lateness/Delays

If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will still end on time, so please arrive on time for your appointment to be respectful to your lash tech and other clients’ slotted time. Please be advised that your service will be adjusted to fit the remaining time;

  • if you are over 30 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.

  • If you arrive with dirty lashes, your appointment time will be spent cleaning your lashes as our retention technique requires that all lashes be clean and free of dirt and makeup to create a perfect bond with the adhesive.

Cancellation Or Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule an appointment without forfeiting your deposit, kindly reach out to us through Instagram direct message, text 647-823-8553 or via email at tsbeautytoronto@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.

If you fail to show up for your appointment and/or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and no accommodations can be made. A cancelation fee will also be applied.

Photography and Video Recording

  • Photographs and videos may be taken to maintain accurate client records.

  • Photographs and videos may be used for social media content to showcase client experiences and services provided.

  • Photographs and videos may be used for marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, and online campaigns.

  • Photographs and videos may be used for internal training and quality improvement purposes.

Appointment/Studio Rules

  • It is important to pre-book your appointments, as lash refills beyond 4 weeks will incur an additional $20 charge per week or may be charged as a full set.

  • To qualify for a lash refill, a minimum of 40% of the lash extensions must remain; otherwise, it will be treated and charged as a full set.

  • TS Beauty Studio is located on Taunton and Salem, Ajax, ON. The exact address will be disclosed upon confirmation of your appointment.

  • If you arrive early, please remain in your vehicle, as other clients may still be in their appointments. You can park anywhere on the driveway if there is an available space, or anywhere on the street, and stay in your vehicle until we notify you.

  • Please do not ring the doorbell upon arrival. Instead, let us know by texting 647-823-8553.

  • No companions (friends, family, children or pets) are allowed into the studio.
